Shipping Policy

How It Works

At House Plants Galore we use USPS priority shipping, we do our best to get your new house plant to you asap. All Plants will be packaged with the utmost care and concern for the weather conditions at the time of shipping.  An e-mail with a photo of your plant and approximate arrival date will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to HPG.

Returns

The Small Print

Due to the fact that house plants are living things and we have is no control over the package once it leaves our shop, we do NOT offer a return option.  Our promise to you is that we will do our best to package the healthiest plants in the most careful way so that they have the best shipping experience possible.  Please consider the weather forecast before ordering plants.

Directions Upon Arrival

Plant Care

Upon arrival open your package as soon as you can. Gently pull the plant from the box and cut - do not tear the pot from the cardboard insert. Remove all plastic wrapping and assess your plant for health. Take a photo and send it via e-mail to hpgofmd@gmail.com.  Water your plant if needed, and place in a safe spot with indirect light for a day or two to allow it to recover from the shipping process.
